As Chief Scientific Officer, I have the privilege of leading the science behind our products. I’m excited to share how our philosophy comes to life in the lab. • Thicker skin: Men’s skin is about 20–25% thicker, with higher collagen density. This affects how products penetrate and perform.

• Oilier skin: More active oil glands mean larger pores, increased shine, and a higher likelihood of inflammatory breakouts.
  Collagen breakdown: While men start with more collagen, environmental stress, especially sun exposure,  can accelerate its decline.  

• Shaving stress: Daily shaving introduces irritation, sensitivity, razor burn, and ingrown hairs.

For facial care, our approach is different by design. Facial skin is more sensitive and prone to irritation. That’s why we prioritize making our facial care products fragrance-free. It is not a compromise, it is a deliberate, science-backed choice, knowing a large portion of the population claim some type of sensitivity to fragranced products.
